Tucked in a quiet hollow behind Soda Springs, Serene Lakes stays peaceful while Truckee and Donner — just 15 minutes down the hill — stay packed. Two spring-fed lakes, a private beach that's all yours, and trails in every direction. Reno is 45 minutes away, Sacramento about 90.

Two blocks from Royal Gorge, North America's largest XC resort. Within 10 minutes of Boreal, Soda Springs, Donner Ski Ranch and Sugar Bowl. Sleds in the garage.
